Products

Our products are CRUELTY FREE and VEGAN unless stated otherwise in the description for that product.

Payment
Love Luxe Beauty accepts PayPal.

No order cancellations. Please make sure you are content with your purchase before placing your order.

No order changes once it is placed. If you need to add to an order, please make a new transaction.

Handmade items are created by hand so items may appear slightly different than a previous purchase or than pictured.

 

Shipping
We ship Monday-Friday only, with the exception of holidays.

PROCESSING TIME – 3-10 business days. We make each product to order, so your order could take up to 10 business days. Custom palettes can take up to a week longer.

U.S. FIRST CLASS shipping – 2-3 business days.

U.S. PRIORITY shipping – 1-3 business days.

Shipping time during the holidays usually takes longer. Expect delays. Once items are shipped, shipping times are out of Love Luxe Beauty’s control.

International customers are responsible for any customs fees.

Love Luxe Beauty is not responsible for packages sent to the wrong address due to the address provided being incorrect. If the package is returned it may be subject to additional shipping fees. We cannot change a shipping address once the order is placed. We can cancel the order and you may reorder.

Packages marked as “Delivered” by the USPS and claimed not to be received are not the responsibility of Love Luxe Beauty and must be taken up with your local Post Office.

 

Refunds and Exchanges 

If you receive a damaged product, email us with photos of the product(s) within 5 days of receiving your package and we will send replacement(s). We cannot replace damaged items without photos. Limited Edition products will not be replaced if they are no longer in stock. You will receive a refund or store credit. If you are not satisfied with a product, you must pay the return shipping costs. We do not provide free returns.

Love Luxe Bath Box

•When subscribing, you will be charged for your first box immediately. Once your first box ships, you will be billed with our regular billing cycle.

•Boxes begin shipping around the 15th of each month.

•If you subscribe before the 2nd of any given month, your first box will be shipped around the 15th of that month. If you subscribe on or after the 3rd, you will receive your first box in the following month’s shipment.

•Shipping is free via USPS.

•To cancel your subscription, Log into your PayPal account. Click the Profile next to “Log out” and select Profile and settings. Click My money. Click Update beside “Preapproved Payments.” Select the payment you’d like to cancel, then click Cancel.

•Due to the products being personal use items, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for Love Luxe Bath Box products.

Love Luxe Beauty is not responsible for any allergic reaction due to the use of our products. All ingredients are listed in the description of each item.

All of our product ingredients are U.S. FDA approved. Cosmetic glitter is not approved for the eye area in all countries.
